our mission

With the grace of Mary Poppins and the belief that a spoonful of hope can make the impossible possible, Practically Perfect Wishes and Dreams is dedicated to crafting joy-filled, accessible travel experiences for individuals with medical and sensory needs. We believe that every person deserves more than just a wish—they deserve a moment where the clouds part, magic appears, and their uniqueness is celebrated. Our mission is to provide those moments through thoughtfully planned journeys to beloved destinations like Disney, Universal, and the sea beyond. Much like Mary herself, we arrive with a carpetbag full of compassion, cleverness, and care—ready to tailor each experience to be "practically perfect" in every way. Because when you mix kindness with a pinch of enchantment, something truly extraordinary unfolds.

why it matters

At Practically Perfect Wishes and Dreams, we’re inspired by the heart of Disney ....the belief that dreams, no matter how big or small, belong to everyone. We understand that behind every wish is a family navigating unique challenges, and behind every challenge is a person bursting with courage, love, and imagination. Many of our volunteers and board members have walked similar paths themselves, either personally or alongside loved ones. That deep connection drives our work and infuses each moment with purpose. Just like Belle saw beyond appearances, and Moana charted her own course, our wish recipients remind us that bravery comes in many forms and magic is real when it’s built on empathy, accessibility, and joy. Because when you create a world where every child, adult, and family member feels seen and celebrated, you're not just planning a trip. You're delivering a dream and those dreams change lives.

Meet the Dreamweavers Behind the Magic

Here are the dedicated board members and volunteers who believe, like Cinderella, that “a dream is a wish your heart makes.” Every wish granted is stitched with love, empathy, and a sprinkle of pixie dust from people who understand what it means to hope. Many of us have loved ones with unique needs, or journeys of our own, making this mission deeply personal and profoundly meaningful. We’re not just a team, we’re a chosen family bound by the belief that everyone deserves a happily ever after. As Mary Poppins would say, “Anything can happen if you let it.” And that’s exactly what we do: open our hearts, lift our umbrellas, and let possibility take flight. Because in the words of Winnie the Pooh, “Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.” And sometimes, the most extraordinary magic begins with a wish whispered on the wind.

Why, hello there! My name is Tina, and I wear many marvelous hats. I’m a devoted wife, a proud mum of three wonderful children, and a delightfully doting Grammie to two enchanting grandchildren. Family is the heartbeat of my world, and I cherish every magical moment we share. Now, life has handed me a few tricky bits...most notably, a progressive diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. But I meet each day with resolve, grace, and a spoonful of optimism. I also live with a most peculiar and perilous allergy, I am anaphylactic to paprika. Yes, that seemingly innocent spice has the power to send me into a very serious state indeed. But never fear! I travel with a most extraordinary service dog, my constant companion and true lifesaver. This clever pup has been specially trained to detect even the faintest hint of paprika in the air and sound the alarm.

Her art doesn’t just dazzle the eye; it speaks to the soul. That same passion fuels her mission to create magical moments for families who need them most. Noelle’s journey is deeply personal. Living with epilepsy and having survived multiple life-threatening events, she understands the fragility of life and the power of hope. She’s also the proud mother of two extraordinary children, one of whom navigates sensory and developmental differences. Her lived experience gives her a unique lens of empathy and determination, shaping every wish she helps grant. Courtney Beaton is a compassionate leader from New York whose ministry work and personal journey reflect a deep commitment to helping others feel seen, valued, and included. As the secretary for Practically Perfect Wishes and Dreams, Courtney brings both heart and organization to the mission... ensuring that every detail reflects the love and care behind each magical experience. Her connection to the organization began at Illuminate Church, where she met Noelle and was immediately drawn to the vision: a movement that welcomes all families, regardless of age or diagnosis, and celebrates every story with dignity and joy. That inclusive spirit resonated deeply with Courtney. Courtney’s nurturing presence and lived experience make her a powerful advocate. She understands the importance of feeling special and supported, and she’s passionate about helping other families experience the same sense of belonging and magic that she feels every time she talks about Practically Perfect Wishes and Dreams. Her role is more than administrative, it’s a reflection of her heart, her faith, and her unwavering belief that everyone deserves to be part of something beautiful.
